Q: What is a Black Cobra Toughbook? 

A: Black Cobra is our TechTough brand to differentiate our customized Panasonic Toughbooks. When you see our logo on the unit, you know it came from us and the value we added. If you do not see our logo on the unit label then is not a Black Cobra. Panasonic Toughbooks™ is a registered trademark of Panasonic Corporation.

Q: Do you ship outside of North America? 

A: We ship anywhere in the world except to China, Russia, Middle East, Brazil and Hong Kong.

Q: Do you protect my personal information?

A: We will not sell your information to anyone at anytime, we hate spam as much as you do.

Q: Information Removal / Opt-Out of emails

A: If you buy from us, we may occasionally send you a marketing email unless you decline of course.

Q: Order processing, tracking # and shipping time

A: Allow us 3 business days for us to prepare your Toughbook. We will then provide you with a tracking #.  Allow another 5-10 days for courier transit time depending on your location.
