YOU MUST KNOW YOUR "MARK OR MK MODEL" BEFORE ORDERING
 
The first generation of CF-31 is considered the MK1 or Mark 1, next was the MK2 and so on... The difference is in the internal hardware (CF-31 models look almost identical) gets better which each newer generation. This is important because of the hardware changes, each MK model requires different drivers to work properly.
 
To find out your Toughbook CF-31 MK Mark FULL model, you can look at the label on the bottom of your CF-31 or in thie BIOS: Hit [F2] on initial boot to see it. The first character that follows CF-31_ determines your MK model. It will look like this CF-31SX-001M. The first letter after CF-31 is "S". 
 
Below is Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 chart matrix for each generation. The older CF-31 models will not support windows 10 and 11 because they do not have the minimum hardware required. To run Windows 11 on the CF-31 you will need at least the Mark 4 MK4 model.
