Q: Do you have a 100% Money Back Guarantee?

A: You can return the product back for a full refund 30 days from the date of purchase: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, to simplify the process we can provide a return shipping label for a fee. Once we receive the product back, we will give you a full refund by PayPal. Returns must include an RMA # and return instructions must be followed to be accepted​​.

Q: What does my Panasonic Toughbook Warranty cover?

A: Your Toughbook is covered under our 3 Year warranty on the original Panasonic hardware. The exceptions are:
1) Battery: We test batteries but due to the consumable nature of them, they have a 60 day warranty
2) SSD hard drive: Since we upgrade and install New 3rd party hard drives the Warranty would be processed by the buyer through the original hard drive manufacturer. Windows reinstallation would be an extra service charge.
3) AC adapters / power cords have a 60 day warranty.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If product is under warranty we cover all shipping costs for the 1st 60 days. After 30 days & still under warranty, then buyer pays $49 for return shipping & we send you a free UPS label to send to our depot. Does not cover Overseas, Hawaii, Alaska, P.R. Overseas buyers will need to pay for shipping costs both ways if product is under warranty or not.
A: If product is not under warranty. the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to ship product to our depot for repairs and for the return shipping. In some cases, we will charge an additional $125 diagnostic fee if the issue is not clear. We can offer to ship on our own UPS account and email you the shipping labels for $99 that covers shipping both ways. This shipping cost does not cover overseas, Alaska, P.R. and Hawaii. Failures related to the product operating system, hard drive or solid state drive image, software setup, software program, virus, other program(s) or file(s) on any drive or in any computer memory location

Failures due to BIOS settings, passwords or changes, as well as any cosmetic or physical damage to the unit

Failures which result from alteration, accident, misuse, introduction of liquid or other foreign matter into the unit, abuse, neglect, installation, maladjustment of consumer controls, improper maintenance or modification, use not in accordance with product use instructions

Damage that is attributable to acts of God

TechTough shall not be liable for loss of data or other incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out fo any breach of this warranty. All express and implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
